Lichti Construction is owned and operated by Chad and Heather Lichti. As a family business, we recognize the importance of providing quality workmanship and we stand behind our work.
We work closely with our clients, and their contractors to ensure a positive experience and quality outcomes that last.
Our experience and knowledge with ICFs, our specialty, is what sets us apart; we have gained experience building custom ICF homes and buildings for the past 20+ years allowing us to get the job done properly and efficiently saving you time and money.
The company was founded by Murray Lichti, Chad’s uncle, and his wife Patty and previously named Murray Lichti Construction. Chad started working with Murray in 2000, and in 2001 we began specializing in ICF construction after seeing the lifetime of benefits this innovative product can provide to our customers.
In 2021, when it came time for Murray and Patty to retire, we purchased the business, changing the name to Lichti Construction Ltd. We have retained the same process and the same quality and care that we are known for.
